On 9 April, there was a webinar for postdocs and early career researchers to discuss the University's review of its Employer Justified Retirement Age (EJRA).

If you are interested in pursuing a lectureship and/or long-term career at the University of Cambridge then you may be interested in contributing to ongoing discussions about a review of the EJRA as one of the main aims is to provide opportunities for lectureships for early career researchers.
