Television

You will need to be covered by a valid TV Licence if you watch or record TV as it is being broadcast. This includes the use of devices such as a computer, laptop, mobile phone or DVD recorder. It costs  £145.50 for a colour TV Licence. Most providers will be able to supply you with a package of services for television, internet and a landline telephone.  Some will also have mobile phone service. Both cable and satellite television are available, but give the provider your address to see what is available in your neighbourhood.
