Learn from a group of experienced entrepreneurs who are all passionate about what they do and have managed to capture the value and create businesses that are doing good.

The session will focus on stories of grit, drive and resilience. How, why and where did the passion begin? How was resilience built up to enable hope and change which can powerfully re-write the narrative?

What are the vehicles that enabled them to have impact? Is a charity always the route for such businesses?

This session is particularly relevant to those interested in social enterprise looking to explore how to create businesses that are doing good and having impact.

Guest panellists include:

Sebastian Manhart, Director of Business Development at Simprints

Ann Cotton OBE, Founder & President, of Camfed

Ashley Blackmore, Director of the PopUp Business School

Harriet Kelsall, Founder & Chairman of Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery

Enterprise Tuesday is a series of free evening lectures and networking sessions managed and delivered by the Entrepreneurship Centre.

The programme takes place on four Tuesdays in Michaelmas and four Tuesdays in Lent, at the University of Cambridge Engineering Department.

It aims to introduce participants to the world of business, as well as to encourage and inspire individuals to pursue their entrepreneurial ambition.
