The design of the focus group is guided by the knowledge gained from the analysis of Race Equality Charter staff survey (2017).

We are extremely grateful to the many researchers that responded to the questionnaire.

The results of the survey and focus groups will inform the University race equality action plan to be implemented over the next few years.

The findings of the focus groups & the survey as well as the draft action plan will be consulted with students and staff in Michaelmas.

To participate in the focus group, please sign up here.

If you have any questions about the focus group or about the race equality action plan please do not hesitate to contact Dr Joanna Jasiewicz at joanna.jasiewicz@admin.cam.ac.uk
