The Clinical School Wellbeing Programme is pleased to welcome Professor Dame Carol Black FRCP FMedSci, Principal of Newnham College.

She has held top positions in medicine and now holds high-level policy advisory positions on health and work. She was included in the 2013 BBC Woman’s Hour Power List of 100.

Resilience and Wellbeing are increasingly talked about in relation to work and the workplace. 

But do employers understand their importance to the engagement and productivity of the workforce and the organisation?
