Eddington Room Bookings

Booking Amendments: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know by emailing  in advance of your event so that we can make the space available to other users where possible.

Disabled Access: Fully accessible

Parking: Visitors are encouraged to park at Madingley Park & Ride (Madingley Road, CB3 0EZ) which is free of charge and three minutes’ walk to Market Square. Pay & Display spaces, including disabled bays, are also available immediately next to the Postdoc Centre in Burkitt Lane; these are free of charge for the first hour however drivers must still obtain a ticket. Building Access: Following a face-to-face Health & Safety induction your university card will be programmed to access the Postdoc Centre or temporary access card can be provided. It is the host’s responsibility to provide access to attendees.

Two postdoctoral fellowship schemes managed by the OPdA are open for the 2019 round of applications - the Borysiewicz Biomedical Sciences Fellowship Programme and the Canada-UK Postdoctoral Fellowships for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Access to the Postdoc Centres during holidays

The OPdA offices and email accounts will not be monitored from 20 December, but the Postdoc Centres will remain open for hot-desking.
