Consultancy opportunity - apply by 14 December

last modified Dec 06, 2018 04:34 PM
Applications are invited for developing an efficient and effective assessment tool which can measure cognitive diversity and cultural alignment across teams. This will be a short-term consultancy project with the potential for a long-term consultancy relationship.

Often there is a perceived conflict between hiring more diversely and preserving "culture fit", which an assessment tool measuring both factors could help alleviate. At the same time, existing psychometric tools are fairly time intensive and limited in scope when applied to diversity and inclusion.

The aim for the assessment tool would be a test that takes no more than 10-15 minutes for individuals to complete. It would give insightful data on how cognitively diverse and culturally aligned an existing team is. This same test could then be given to any potential new joiners to understand how they contribute to the cognitive diversity and cultural alignment of the team.

Postdocs with sufficient knowledge of existing assessment tools in this field. The project is aimed at either evolving or adapting the existing tools to help promote diversity and inclusion within the private sector. It is essential that the data from the assessment tool can be proven to be statistically relevant.

To apply

Please email ASAP with your CV and explaining why you would be suitable for the project in no more than 200 words.
