PPD Committee seeking new postdoc representative

The PPD Committee is seeking a new postdoc representative, to start from September 2019.

This committee is chaired by Prof Eilís Ferran, PVC Institutional and International Relations and also contains the Senior Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and the Director of HR. 

The full make up of the committee can be found in the terms of reference.

The Committee meets termly and the member would be expected to liaise with both OPdA and PdOC Society for any relevant business. The agenda and papers are usually circulated one week in advance.

Length of membership for the postdoc representative is one year, with an option to extend by a further year.

The expression of interest should cover the following: 

  • how you think you could contribute to the work of the Committee
  • knowledge, skills and experience you would draw on in contributing to the work of the Committee.
