All postdocs from all Departmental Postdoc Committees are invited to a
¹SRD ­ update for postdocs¹ lunch.  Led by Anna Crichton from Human
Resources, you will learn about:

- what is Staff Review and Development (SRD) and how it is organised in
Cambridge?
- what should you do if you are not being offered SRD?
- demonstration of the new on-line SRD tool.

Anna is an experienced HR advisor for the School of Physical Sciences and
has a specific responsibility for Staff Review and Development across all
Schools.  The information and advice given will apply to all subject
areas.

Who should attend?
All postdocs who are interested in getting the most out of their own SRD
and/or are involved in encouraging greater take up of SRD by the line
managers and postdocs in their departments.  Register to attend here.


Note:  This is not a full training course for effective SRD.  The
