Accessibility

  • The centre is fully accessible to wheelchair users, but does not have automatic doors.
  • A hearing loop is available.

Parking

  • There is plenty of cycle parking near the Postdoc Centre - Eddington is a 15 minute cycle from the centre of Cambridge and is connected to Storey’s Way and Huntingdon Road by a network of cycle and pedestrian paths.
  • There is Blue Badge holder parking on site.
  • We encourage visitors to avoid travelling by car to Eddington where possible as there is limited parking on site.
  • Madingley Road Park and Ride is the closest free car park and is a 5 minute walk away.

Buses

  • Eddington is served by the Universal 'U' bus, which links Cambridge Rail Station to the city centre, Addenbrooke's Hospital, and Eddington. Tickets cost £2 per journey (£1 if you have a University card).
  • You can also take the Madingley Road Park and Ride bus from the city centre (there is a stop outside the Grand Arcade shopping centre) to the Park and Ride, a 5 minute walk from Eddington.
