Cambridge University’s first Teaching Forum will be chaired by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education, Professor Graham Virgo. It is open to all who teach and support learning in Cambridge University institutions and Cambridge Colleges.

The day will consist of parallel sessions, allowing us to cover a range of topics including:

  • students' transitions to studying at Cambridge;
  • innovative uses of learning techniques;
  • research into students' learning, attainment and gender;
  • inclusive teaching methods, education and wellbeing;
  • new approaches to Master's teaching.
  • Professor Virgo will open and close the Forum with some of the big questions in higher education in Cambridge and nationally. The programme includes lunch and refreshments.
