The Transforming Research Support (TRS) team are working on improving the pre-award grant application journey and they are looking for postdocs to participate in user research.
TRS are seeking your help to better understand whether the new content for the Research Operations Office (ROO) website is tailored to the needs of researchers and pre-award grant administrators. Understanding your experience will help to identify ways in which they can improve the information and user journey.
The sessions will be run by Ivona Posedi, a Senior User Researcher, and other members of the TRS team. They will be conducted remotely through Microsoft Teams and will be recorded.
In the session you will get to:
• share information about your role, department, and School
• do simple tasks related to the content
• share your thoughts about the content you are reading
• answer any follow-up questions.
The team will look at the anonymised findings after all the sessions are completed and translate them into insights and recommendations. Only relevant project staff will work on the analysis.
Testing will take place from 20th March to 5th April 2024.
Make sure you can set aside 30-60 minutes for a testing session between those dates.
